Isle of Man (Mannin)
Triskelion This small British island may seem like an odd place to start because it is not so obviously Celtic but it is one of the six nations and one of the origin points for the Triskelion that became so significant in other Celtic cultures. Despite actually being adopted by the Celts from pre-existing designs, this series of three interconnected spirals became greatly influential and is said to be the inspiration for the three-legged symbol seen across the island and on the Manx flag.
