Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager is responsible for all training in the store, as well as the interviewing and hiring process.
Job Duties
Ensure all positions are filled with right people on a timely basis
Ensure all associates are trained in Neiman Marcus orientation and Point of Sales
Performs additional tasks as required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred with experience in Human Resources or Department Manager in a retail environment.
