Other country is consider salary from market rate such as other competitor, standard/ minimum of employee in government division, etc.
For your information, basically Vietnam has lower salary than TH in the opposite Malaysia has higher while Philippine has very high income tax (at least 30% from salary).
We cannot use any country to be a standard because each country has difference criteria such as cost of living, income tax, incentive/ commission, etc.
Then, the best way to have appropriate salary is checking from market especially from our competitor ka.
