The fact that your reservations don’t automatically map to the applicable Travel Agent profile is the design of system. However, we can bridge the connection for this for the Direct Connect Channels in SynXis.
May I therefore please ask you to complete below table for these channels. Please copy the table for each additional channel you need to have bridged. Kindly note that Booking.com is currently not supported by this functionality due to technical limitations in SynXis. These are currently being reviewed by the Sabre team and once overcome, will be re-initiated. Therefore please also send us the details for Booking.com.
The address details etc in the below table refer to the Channel (not to the hotel).
