The billing address for my accccount has always been in my name and the Nivea is for delivery and billing to Gloria Chertock, 11 Peacock Lane, San Rafael, Ca 94901. and I have never changed it. Amazon sent me a billing invoice withan incorrwectr billing address for another order (thses La Mer) which was successfully dlivered today to Venice Ca. I have never had this difficulty with your company before an d I wonder if you have outsourced your business as noone I spoke to could understnd that there were discrepancies in your follow through. My credit card on file is in my name but you were using my daughter's address for billing info which , of course would be rejected by the credit card company. I was also snt 2 emails by Amazon saying my original order of 10/1 had been cancwelled, ergo the reason for the second otder. of 10/8. you guys are so confused. Gloria Chertock
