This position is responsible for managing and growing sales within Thailand, focusing on Corporate Gifting & Rewards. In this role, the successful candidate will target Fortune 1000 companies, incentive and promotion companies and vertical markets like auto or finance for bulk iOS devices and CPU purchases related to customer facing promotions, gifting programs or rewards programs.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ sales and/or account management experience.
Must have a strong track record in sales in a multi-customer territory and a multi-million-dollar quota.
Create and negotiate volume deals of minimum $500k to multi-million dollar level.
Must be able to present Apple Corporate Gifting & Rewards value proposition in person to C-level executives.
Ability to conduct executive briefings with high value customers and close complex 9+ month sales cycle opportunities.
Experience managing a pipeline is essential.
High organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Must understand complex sales cycles and proper customer management.
Knowledge in advertising/marketing skills with solid customer contacts in Thailand will be a great plus (example, in auto or financial industries).
Knowledge of promotional / Incentives market a plus.
Apple Product knowledge is a plus (Apple technologies and products, with a specific emphasis on iOS devices and its surrounding ‘ecosystem').
Candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel
Description
• Proven ability to position and directly sell into a Large Business environment.
• Strong understanding of the Thailand market and potential competition
• Ability to work well within a matrixed sales team that will include, but not limited to, Inside Sales, Marketing Manager, Support teams, Retail teams and Channel Partners.
• Proven ability to identify and forecast sales opportunities.
• Excellent presentation skills
• To ensure all business is conducted in an ethical manner, in line with the Apple Brand and according to the Business Code of Conduct.
Education
• Ideally, a tertiary degree in a business related discipline
