Table 4 shows the results of the first level pairwise comparison matrices, Table 5 those of the second level and Table 6 the final weights applied. The global normalised wij was used as the definitive for each factor, and it was obtained as a result of multiplying the weights of first-level factors by the second-level factors (with the appropriate group). This is the reason why some of the factors have a lower weight and they are reduced for belonging to an economic or social factor (lower weights).
