IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

Raw Materials
1. Mix Fruit Powder
2. Fructose
3. Soy Protein
4. Oat Fiber
5. Psyllium Husk
6. Guar Gum
7. Green Tea Extract
8. Citric Acid
9. Aloe Vera
a) In coming material will be checked by QC to
ensure the right materials have been delivered.
b) Some raw material retained sample will be kept by QC.
c) The materials are then sent for grinding to certain
particular size.
d) The grinded powder will be checked by QC to ensure the correct
particular size.
e) During the weighing process, all materials will be weighed
accordingly to the ingredient (refer product formula), recorded and
checked by QC.
f) The weighed powders are then sent for blending until the contents
are fully mixed.
g) In sachet filling process, the powder will be filled into sachet
following the instruction weight.
h) During the sachet filling process, packed sachet weight is being
checked randomly by QC to ensure the actual powder net weight.
i) The sachets are then labeled & packed into carton.
j) For each batch of finished product, sample will be collected by QC
for FGQC.
