Assistance Project Manager
- Manage project development from initial to closure (by CMMi level 5).
- Develop a project schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Organising the various professional people working on a project.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
- Manage all project resources including subcontractors and outsource for establishing effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.
- Conduct key stakeholders expectation and satisfaction management.
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project scope, goals, deliverables, budget and timing.
- Manage, plan, schedule, monitor project milestones and budget in terms of timing, deliverables, mandays, budget and assess IT services and projects to ensure completion of related tasks on time and meet business objectives.
- Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the team’s effectiveness.
- Track project milestones, risk, issue and report status reports to senior management and project sponsor.
- Solve problems if any, as well as escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Report overall project progress and status senior management and customer.
- Provide best practices and lesson learn when project closure for senior management.
