More importantly, Fig. 11 demonstrates that little weight loss can be seen for the composite PCM before 100 C, and evidently proves the extremely stable thermal performance of the composite PCM.
It can be seen that the paraffin has already been completely evaporated at 400 C.
Thus, the real paraffin impregnation percentage could be obtained as 36.5 ± 3.8%, which is slightly different from the designed 37.5%.
This shows that the paraffin can be uniformly impregnated into EVM-800 particles, to the optimum extent.
