The last step is to inhale a breath easily to the count of about three, imagining that it comes through pores in the bottoms of your feet. When you give the brain that image, you actually get the sensation of flowing warmth and flowing heaviness coming up through the middle of your legs. It's identical to what people learn through biofeedback techniques. Then, as you exhale your breath back down through your legs and out those imaginary pores, let your jaw, tongue, and shoulders go slightly limp,feeling that wave of heaviness and warmth flowing to the toes. And then resume normal activity!
