In the case of T. recurvata, seed germination percentage also decreased as an effect of seed age (2= 109.8, P < 0.0001), storage temperatures (2= 9.8; P < 0.0001) and the interaction between these two factors (2= 6.1; P < 0.0001).
Under both storage temperatures, a linear decline of germination took place; this decrease was more stepped in seeds stored at room temperature (Fig. 5b).
