Responsibility:
Researches and screens qualified candidates to fill vacancies within the agreed timeline.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements internally and externally
Executes overall recruitment activities including screening, assigning tests, interviewing, making offer, negotiating, and preparing employment contracts.
Facilitates recruitment backend activities
Attends career fairs for recruiting and employer brand building.
Records the information of candidates into database and manages the vacancy tracking report with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Partner with HR Business Partner in understanding the vacancy requirements.
Keep abreast with employment market and business movements.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Arts or any related field
At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment from corporate or recruitment agency
Service minded and excellent interpersonal skill
Good command of English
