I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet.
Unfortunately, the shipping service you selected does not supply customer tracking.
I can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 08/08/2016. Whilst most orders arrive within 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday), we have been advised that on a rare occasion it can take up to 20 business days to arrive.
In light of this, if you have not received your order by then, please do get in touch by reply to this email, and one of the Customer Relations team will be more than happy to help.
