They are expected to determine customers’ needs and provide them with possible business solutions. They gather information regarding market trends and provide feedback to the management upon which sales strategies can be formulated.

They are expected to identify business opportunities and analyze sales options. Their main target is to meet sales goals set by the management and to foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
