Person analysis determines which employees need training by examining how well employ ees
are carrying out the tasks that make up their jobs. Training is often necessary when there
is a discrepancy between a worker's performance and the organization's expectations or standards Often a person analysis entails examining worker performance ratings and then identifying individual workers or groups of workers who are weak in certain skills.
