With our current issue, situation now become much worse than my expectation.
Yesterday problem of late BL seem become more serious as I heard the flight also delay this morning so there are very high risk that we can’t negotiate our document today.
Fortunately we can manage it as planned but problem still not solve
I didn’t understand at all for the approach which your team try solve this problem? What will happen with all extra charges will be incurred to our customer?
If we still have to face with all kind of problems any further, I’m sorry to say that I have no choice to stop the business with DHL until you are ready.
Our reputation with customer was come down to the level that we can’t let it go down anymore
