Sample preparation
The fresh mushrooms 0.5 g were cut into small pieces, crushed in a mortar with pestle and consecutively extracted with 10 mL of 80 % ethanol. After maceration, extracts were put in centrifuge (Tehnica Železniki LC-320) at 4000 rpm for 20 min. and then the supernatant was separated. These obtained extracts were used for further investigations . Obtained extracts were stored in a refrigerator at 4oC until analysis.
