As we are starting to see an impact on business due to the bombing last week, please kindly implement in all hotels:
1. No purchasing of non essential items
2. Freeze on staff hire (occupancy will be low)
3. Costs saving measures implemented on operations particularly electricity etc
4. No overtime or casuals unless essential.
All managers and head office staff must be made aware to save costs where possible.
I do not expect our business to improve before October.
Focus on the new hotel openings and ensure that we have no issues.
