Room and HK : Good preparing , Clean and complete set up thanks to the team and K.Wasan
GSA : Good and fast Check in / Check out Thanks to K. Tie for leading on preparing and K.Jeab with team for service on CI and CO date
But Gift have to try a bit more to learn for organized China Group
FB :
• Mostly unorgazined even you all have schedule more than 10 days
• Preparing was lack and not complete by un coordinated between Chef and HM ( Lack of communications ) but can solve problem at the end
• Set up have to be approve a bit as per our area ( change from Lobby to Mini restaurant )
• Chef MUST more organized than this time , still missing some point and hope not happened again for next group
• Some equipment must buy to replace all return to ICIP ( List with K.Jeab )
HM :
• K.Trent you must improve for your planing and organized by follow up with your team , as we have case of Bread and Milk which are basic BF must have
But you said to me “NOT HAVE IN MENU” then we call to asked chef and he said “ K.Trent said will preppare himself” so I asked you again but you keep quiet.
• Your FB set up skill are still massy and as I said if you need guest to have BF on 2nd Floor , you must hiding kitchen from guest , But ITS STILL SHOW that’s why I move all to lobby
And buffet line area are still not smothly lines , even some equipment still wrong set up such as Juice machine.
• You have to improve your personality as I see
o You are unconfident to speak with THAI and Other guest , but you always talkative with english speaking guest ( I would remind you talk to much even guest need time to have BF )
o Your body language to the guest and to the team always difference and some guest and team can notice you try to be good behavior but its not
o You must to improve your manner a lots when you are in front of the guest for any speaking or action way
o Please don’t blaim your team when some thing happened , becourse at the end you the HM who’s must response for all missing.
Finally we are successful for this group , I hope you all can see my comment and improve
