POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
Select, supervise, and develop Quality Assurance personnel
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all QA testing and record-keeping related to equipment and the running and maintenance of the Equipment Fulfillment Center
Monitor and enforce proper sanitation, quality procedures, technical repair specifications and housekeeping procedures
Monitor all Company, Federal and State communications/audits and implement any necessary changes
Assist facility leadership with equipment troubleshooting and innovation
Collaborate with cross functional partners in order to define, implement and improve quality indices
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of facility in accordance with quality guidelines
Ensure safety of all personnel within the department
Establish, submit, and balance the yearly departmental budget
Ensure departmental compliance with all company policy and procedure
Assist the facility leadership on projects as needed
Audit, develop and implement any necessary quality guidelines necessary in the running of the Equipment Fulfillment Center
Manage the triage process for the EFC
Manage the parts team, processes and parts for the facility
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred
1 – 2 year’s Quality Assurance experience required
Prior supervisory experience required
Previous knowledge of the industry is preferred
Lead experience is preferred
