The SEM images revealed that the surface morphology of the as-spun fibers
was quite smooth and uniform,with an amorphous nature,as
shown in Fig. 2a. The average diameter of the as-spun fibers was
816 150nm.The fibers calcined at700 °C (Fig. 2b), showed an
average diameter reduction of 522 112nm,with the removal of
PAN and other organic compounds.Fibers calcined at 800 °C
(Fig. 2c), showed fibers had arough surface and porous structure
due to the decomposition of polymer and crystallization of
CaMnO3, with an average fiber diameter reduced to493 39 nm.
