Empathy refers to caring, individualized attention etc. given to
users by the library staff. The responses show that majority of
the respondents moderately satisfied with the caring and
individual help given by the staff. Among the statements,
maximum number (68.9%) agreed that staff members of the
library tell exactly when library services will be performed
followed by prompt services offered by the staff
(68.6%).Nearly 50% of the users satisfied with the willingness
of the staff to provide personalized services. Some members
have negative opinion regarding the problem solving ability of
the staff.
