Applicant for three-year Non-Immigrant Visa ‘B’ must submit the following:
• An application form completed in full and signed by applicant.
• Copy of Passport Bio and Visa pages.
• A passport valid for traveling to Thailand with sufficient remaining validity.
• Two passport-sized photographs (3.5 X 4.5 cm) taken within the previous 4 months.
• National Identity Card, Residence documentation or valid proof of identity.
• A letter from the employer giving details of the applicant’s position, length of employment, salary and purpose of the visit(s) to Thailand. If the applicant is self-employed, he or she must provide documentation of his or her business undertaking such as business registration and details of business operation- Original.
• Copies of correspondence with business partners in Thailand.
• A letter of original Invitation from trading or associated partners/ companies in Thailand.
• Confirmed Air ticket (Mandatory for the applicants apply at Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin & Hyderabad)
• Corporate documents of associated partners/ companies in Thailand such as:
o Business registration and business license
o List of shareholders
o Company profile
o Details of business operation
o Map indicating location of the company
o Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) af the latest year
o Value-added tax registration (Pro Ngor Dor 20)
o A letter of recommendation from previous employer or business associations of which the applicant is member.
o 700 USD endorsement needs to be done on the passport (or) last 1 month personal bank statement (or) Credit card copy.

ผู้สมัครสำหรับวีซ่าวีซ่าสามปี ' B ' จะต้องส่งต่อไปนี้ :
- แบบฟอร์มใบสมัครเสร็จสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน และลงนามโดยผู้สมัคร สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางชีวภาพ

- จดหมายจากนายจ้างให้รายละเอียดของตำแหน่งของผู้สมัคร ความยาวของการจ้างงาน , เงินเดือน และจุดประสงค์ของการเข้าชม ( s ) ประเทศไทย ถ้าผู้สมัครอิสระ เขาหรือเธอจะต้องมีเอกสารของ ของเขาหรือเธอ การประกอบธุรกิจ เช่น การจดทะเบียนการค้า และรายละเอียดของการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- ต้นฉบับ- สำเนาการติดต่อกับคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจในประเทศไทย .
- จดหมายเชิญจากเดิมค้า หรือ พันธมิตร / บริษัทร่วมไทย .
- ยืนยันตั๋วเครื่องบิน ( ภาคบังคับสำหรับผู้สมัครใช้ในเจนไน , บังกาลอร์ , Cochin & Hyderabad )
- องค์กรเอกสารของคู่ค้า / บริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องในไทย เช่น ธุรกิจ :
