replacement of copper by stainless steel in the retorts, in order to
eliminate this contamination, has a negative effect on the sensory
quality of this beverage, as shown by several previous studies
(Faria, Franco, & Piggott, 2004; Faria & Pourchet Campos, 1989;
Faria, Deliza, & Rossi, 1993; Isique, Cardello, & Faria, 1998)
