Job Responsibilities:
Drive and manage HR team including set up, maintain, and develop HR strategy and implementation in all functions of HR such as Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Assessment, and effective tools compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Manage / improve existing compensation (benefits and welfares including payroll).
Initiate and implement human resources payroll systems.
Set up / improve existing company regulations and policies according to business’s needs and monitor all HR policies are well applied.
Work with HR operation manager with a core of HR policies and support HR operation manager in term of labor laws, and manpower planning and administrative tasks.
Be responsible for labor law activities and handle all HR labor cases.
Analyze training needs and be in charge of internal activities or external training and manage training expenses.
Be a HR contact with HR director at headquarters in Singapore to provide monthly and quarterly reports and other projects as assigned.
Drive ad hoc works as assigned.
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
Male/Female, age above 35 years old.
Good knowledge of applicable Thai Labor Law.
Good command of both written and spoken English
At least 5 years of Human Resources Manager experience
Bachelor Degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relating field
Strong initiative skill
Strong management and leadership skills
Strong analytical problem solving skill
Multi-task and able to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Good personality, positive attitude
