Culture of Quality Survey
Over the past three years we have developed and launched a number of truly world class Quality programs, including BHOS, Competence Assurance Management, Products and Service Integrity etc. These and many others are "enabling programs"; they support the implementation of our Quality Policy, and have ensured that Baker Hughes Quality is top quartile in our industry.
Now that we have established this solid foundation, we are ready to take Quality to a new level. We are ready to move from "mandating Quality to living Quality." We are committing on a journey towards a global 'Culture of Quality' at BHI, creating an organization where "Quality is Everyone's Business."
