following the recent training day on improving meetings, a number of member of staff have complained with the training that was given. there are two main reason for this:
1) the content was not related to our company or to the actual meetings that staff have to attend in their work. instead, it seemed to be a standard course on meeting in gerneral. as a result, several staff feel that it was not helpful
2) this also meant that there was no real connection between the staff and the management
