We have received a complaint from Scottsbluff. You will receive two boxes, RGA 904 is the 3/8” 2SN, point 3. RGA 903 is the 1” R17 Semperrock, points 1 and 2.

Here are the issues for the container NYKU 8502133 That was received here 6/23/2016:

1. 1” DH16 (this is 1” R17 Semperrock) Layline looks like the yellow bled into the white lettering of the layline. All reels appear to have this issue. A picture is attached showing the difference between a white semperit color layline and the color of the 1” DH16. – You will be able to see the problem from the sample.

2. The 1” DH16 (this is 1” R17 Semperrock) has an OD of 1.420 to 1.445. We had one reel that we had to remove some hose off of to get down to the 1.445 diameter. The first few feet had an OD of 1.465

3. The 3/8 2SN has an OD range of .740 to .745. We had about 6’ we had to remove from one reel because the OD was down to .730. We really need this hose to be run at .750 to prevent any issues.
