To Whom It May Concern,
Why is it that every time I stop by the Thanon Chan station, your staff ALWAYS have the window shade down.
I can never see who I am talking too. This is very bad for customer relations (CRM).
Even if I ask them to raise the shade the shade up so I can see who I am talking too, they do not.
Please teach your station staff that a friendly face behind the window is very, very, important for customer relations!
This might apply to other BTS Stations too!
