As I discussed with chef Charles that we need to have log book to check every morning by chef at Boca, Canteen and Eve when they come first in the morning to check that kitchens are cleaned and dried. Can we have this report to make sure that steward team follow this policy. I would like to set up the report and can start from September 1st.
This report can be done by K Pook.
Also check with linen supervisor how the towels and rags policy followed by the training received.
