Online training itineraries at University: Developing competences
promoting entrepreneurial culture and employability in the Society
of Knowledge from an equal standpoint
In this paper is studied the online training processes promoted by Andalucia en e-Igualdad (Network 428). It is one of the
EQUAL projects. The e-learning processes tried to promote a culture of equality, given learning skills to their beneficiaries that
would improve their employability and entrepreneurial capacity. A part of these beneficiaries were young university students.
The results of the case study at the University of Seville is presented in this paper, in terms of satisfaction and impact on
beneficiaries and managers of e-learning processes. Likewise, the potential of e-learning processes in higher education
institutions is also reviewed, with particular emphasis on the need to include, in the university curricula, contents oriented to the
acquisition of emotional competences, leadership skills and facilitators of a culture of equality.
