Please kindly find the attached file for first claim report from my customer krub.
The main reason is cracked and too much wavy on the dough surface. According to customer’s experience, they mentioned that even though they use the dough, rolling on it and bake it, after baked dough will be torn apart for sure.
Please kindly inspect this issue whether is there any problem on your production process or not na krub?
