Dear khun Kitti,
I have been in CBG2 and checked the situation both with Alex and also have discussion with my civil engineer in Italy.
The leakage are not relevant at this stage of repairing except for some point (three or four) in which we still have to proceed with repairing.
For Sebigas the tank would also be acceptable after repairing of the three for remaining point.
Anyway as we would like to be on the safe side and also meet UAC request, so SU will soon submit the new procedure.
I just would like to advise that, as the humidity spot are anyway acceptable, after repairing the external part, we will install insulation and steel cover as per design, but we will repair inside the tank at the same time.
I will also submit the procedure used in Italy to check leakage and the usually accepted defect. Please consider that normally the tank are always checked with insulation already fixed because usually it is poured inside the formwork with the concrete. So usually all the humidity spot which not lead to have a little flowing of water to the foot are fully accepted as they will be automatically closed by the digestate which is self tighten liquid.
We will inform you about this issue soon.
Best regards
Luca
