Again the study revealed that faculty is a significant determinant of undergraduates study habit. This implies that certain faculties require extra studying probably due to the technicalities and uniqueness of their curriculum. For instance, it is believed that science oriented courses are abstract and students in such faculties are expected to be equipped with adequate study skills. The findings of Advisory Committee on Academic and Student Life (ACASL) (2009) supports the findings of this study. Their findings showed that faculty expectations of study habit of students differ as some faculties expect students to double their study method intensity and preparations of their courses compared to other faculties.
