• Take participants through the example related to identifying a shortfall and the manner in which accurate records allow one to identify areas in which changes and improvements could be made (Slides 9, 10 & 11)
• Ask participants to go through information related to reviewing records, legal requirements and audit (Slides 12, 13 & 14)
