Dear Mr Mattana san
We do feel your comment is very strange. There might be misunderstanding.
The situation is as follows:
1. From the beginning the bearing insert/assembling process is made at Isued Thailand.
This year the stamping, machining and painting process was localized for XH pulley itself.
2. So, the tooling cost, stamping dies, is charged to Nissan Thailand this time.
3. The tooling is made by Nihon-Isued Japan and imported by Nihon-Isued Thailand.
However, the point is not who made or imported the tooling.
4. No matter who imported the tooling, the tooling cost is charged from Thailand Isued to you and paid by you.
This is the agreement between you and us.
The agreed amount should be paid by Nissan Thailand to Isued Thailand.
The part is authorized by PSW and the payment should be done. That is all.
5. The invoice you refer is the invoice from Nihon-Isued Japan to Thailand Isued. It is not for Nissan Thailand to pay.
6. The localization project has started since years. The investment was done years ago.
Your approval was delayed. There is no strangeness about our invoice date.
We do not understand why you are concerned about our invoice date.
We have no intention to charge you the interest of the project delay. Please do not worry about.
7. For PSW the sample parts/production process should be approved. Without import of tooling there is no PSW.
If our payment application is wrong, please tell us so. We are ready to correct them.
