In my opinion, the answer is mostly support the Western Business Model because after I have read the case study, I found few things that match to this model. Such as more than 24 senior vice presidents have left in the last few years, lay off staff more than 75,000 peoples etc. that’s mean every seat can be revolving, this match with 2 strategies; Anyone can be replaced, even the CEO and the individual employee (and customer) was not important either.
