Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Organization Development, or any other related fields.
•Strong knowledge and experience in Training & Development including curriculum design, activities based training, etc.
•Trainer / Training background from leading MNCs or leading Consulting Firms will be preferable.
•Strong in analytical, problem solving, structural thinking and project management
•Ability to develop training roadmap and manage day to day operations
•Able to travel upcountry
•Good command of English both written and spoken
