I’d like to get things right and to get some fairness here. You also need to take responsibility of what has not been done right until now. The initial quotation has been signed on January 23rd. We have been informed that you wanted to insert the data on the USB key around January 30th. When we have been notified that you wanted to insert data, we replied you on the same day that the cost will be higher and delay of production longer. You were all CC in this email.
So in fact, the quotation has been signed a week before you informed us about inserting data on the key! So indeed as we did all our part correctly, we will need to increase the unit price accordingly. I also believe that when you signed the quotation, your CEO already agreed otherwise there is not common sense in signing a quotation.
