Let's 'enhance our clam' or jai yin yin. We have a contract and we should stick with it. The management company is saying that they cannot get things done because of K Edward (correct me if I'm wrong) so K Edward should not be interfering directly in the work the management company is doing (as he agreed about 10 days ago). However I chat with him everyday and if I feel his concerns are legitimate and need to be addressed then I am doing so. In the meanwhile of course never hurts to check out the competition and see if other comparable buildings are satisfied with there management companies. always looking for the best product or service at the most reasonable price is just common sense. So no problems with that.
He was right about the steel. It should have been brought up without being cut. The welding job is satisfactory but would have been unnecessary if his plan was followed. I'm told they will paint after welding. However I cannot tell if the brackets have been rust proofed on the side that is against the wall (back/rear side). This is important as it will be the first part to rust. And I do want to see that warranty before final approval of (or payment if not made) this project.
And I do want all parts/supplies possible to be sourced from the store on 21. Only get parts from other stores if they don't have. Or there is a major price difference. So the majority of the receipts in the future should be from there.
