(1995) insists that interrelated and internally consistent HR practices
enhance firm performance because they provide the mutually reinforcing
conditions that support employee motivation and skill acquisition. Therefore,
it is likely that the bundle of commitment HR practices will significantly
enhance employee perceptions of HR practice effectiveness because the
overall perception indicates an employee’s perception regarding diverse HR
practices. Therefore, the following was hypothesized:
