The first was building our brand. The conceptual foundation was created. This included coming up with the brand strategy, architecture, positioning and identity, together with the basic design elements of our brand. All that was personally introduced by the CEO to more than 2,500 senior DKSH executives during the so-called “CEO branding roadshow”. At these events, a first version of the Brand Book was also launched. This Book makes our brand identity easily understandable for everyone at DKSH. In a second step, we then developed comprehensive corporate design guidelines, tools and policies, and set up the Brand Portal, the most crucial tool in building the brand.
