It seems the damaged bags have not been reported in a timely manner as requested (reported damage once you find them in the container), but for a goodwill we still will try to apply the credit note as you mentioned below. The confirmation would be available around these two days, will let you know once it’s come out.
Regarding the CN report that you mentioned in the email, we are sorry about that we do not fill out customer’s CN report, normally if there is a big damage happened we will officially rise it as a complaint and assign it to our Logistics to investigate, and a formal response letter will be issued by them. Hope that make sense for you.
