Regarding to your questions 1-3,
1. Matcha is food by its nature. There is nothing to certify it is a food.
Shall I specify on our specification sheet that “it can be used as food”?
2. The name of the tea is Camellia sinensis.
3. We use only tencha to produce our matcha. Tencha is tea leaves processed for matcha.
With regard to certification being organic, the JAS organic logo on our bag is the certification.
I’d like to know whether there are any necessary documents in order to get Japanese JAS organic logo accepted in Thailand, or what certification is necessary.
