Urban area rapidly expanding is a problem of encroachment and deforestation such as reclamation for the construction and poaching canal resulting in reduced water routes and drainage system was not able to support the growth of the community immediately.

In addition ,for an open area of surface water runoff faster because no tree waiting for water softening. This allows maximum flow rate of the water increases. When it rained, rain erosion fertility soil to flow with the tides cause turbidity and sediment in the water. When water quality deteriorates, causing muddy sediments into the water, making the water cloudy and the resulting shallow. The water quality of the physical, biological and chemical deterioration, it cannot use water to consumer. When it has heavy rain area that forest destruction , it makes water from a height severely ,and there are plenty of flooding sudden in the area.
