Understood that the said consignee, Amazon Woods was requested to move container to Speedy CFS which is not our nominated CFS & we don’t have control on this CFS.
Thus, it is our local process to collect Security Deposit for non nominated CFS and the Security Deposit will return once container empty return.

Fyi, our destination colleagues did explain to your customer Anuj Minocha of Amazon woods for your shipment in July 2015 and have shared with them our concerns
if container moved to 3rd Party CFS, he could understand and he is ok to use OOCL panel CFS Navkar / Apollo.

Hence, appreciate your kind assistance to re confirm with your consignee, Amazon & revert if they agreed to use OOCL panel CFS Navkar/Apollo for any future shipment ?
