The curves have shown that neotame was the most intense sweetener when compared to the other sweeteners, followed by
sucralose, cyclamate/saccharin blend 2:1, aspartame and stevia in relation to 9.4 g/100 g of sucrose in the passion fruit juice. These results are in agreement with the study of Cadena and Bolini (2012). who reported neotame having the highest sweetening power, followed by sucralose.
