• Supervisor set up meeting with individual employee and review employee’s performance together.
• Goals and expectations should be clearly defined at the start of the performance management cycle and should tie to department and the Company’s goals and strategies.
• Supervisors should provide performance criteria, standards and/or metrics so that employees understand what the various performance rating levels in terms of performance and actions.
• Goals and expectations should be monitored throughout the performance cycle. This should occur as two-way dialog between the supervisor and the employee.
• To complete the Performance Appraisal, ensure Supervisor and employee set up goals and Key Performance Indicators for next performance review.
• Print out the complete Employee's Performance Appraisal. Both Supervisors& Employee sign acknowledge and submit to HR Department.
