Job Description
Manage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators.
Planning, developing, training of staff, quality services to meet the required standards.
Check the quality of the employee to meet the required standards.
Send reports to a supervisor to improve the process even further.

Job Description
Handle customer enquiries on phone
Reservation and ticket issuing
Provision of incoming calls on service, enquiries and handling of problems/ complaints etc
Qualifications
Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree or above in related field
Good service-minded, good personality
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills, especially on telephone
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is require
Able to work in shift
